About Steph
Stephanie has been working in the field of Energy Healing for over 20 Years. She is Nationally Certified in Body Work and Massage Therapy and earned her Associate degree. Stephanie has been a psychic/clairvoyant for many years and utilizes her extrasensory perception to help identify information hidden from the normal senses. Stephanie is a facilitator of healing energy and completed a 4-year program at McKay Method School of Energy Healing. She also completed Energy Medicine modules in her MT program. While in the early years of her long-standing thriving massage practice, her "gifts" really came to light, and she noticed she received information and guidance while working with her clients. Although she no longer massages after her 20 years, she still continues to utilize her gifts and is passionate about helping others and their well-being. She has completed workshops in Nephron Theta and received Reiki attunements. Her expertise is in the following techniques: to utilize vibrational frequencies of energy and receive intuitive messages. Working distantly, she is able to effectively help clients with various needs. She's held workshops, retreats and taught classes on the Chakra System (energy body), Creating Vision Boards and Meditation.

*Chakra Clearing and Balancing Session*
When you book a Chakra Clearing & Balancing session, we will be on the phone briefly communicating before your session what your concerns are. After we hang up, I will connect with your Energy Body and begin the work, I will call you (approx. 30 minutes) and we will go over what came up for you. Energy Healing celebrates the richness of your life and supports you through personal growth and life transitions. It helps support moving forward in life from a place of peace and strength and helps calm stress, fear and pain. Many ailments that are held within our bodies on all levels are our own programming which creates a pattern. In working with the Chakra System, it is one of the true, core sources to work with energy patterns.
The Chakra System are wheels of energy that are focused and concentrated in the body. There are 7 major ones, that are the core essence in which we receive, transmit and process life. Each Chakra network throughout our body, mind and spirit interacts as one. The various aspects of us all work together to create balance and harmony. Our attitudes, belief systems and programming with our mental, emotional and spiritual bodies run through our Chakras. This creates patterns in our physical structure that affect our cells, organs and tissues. Working with the Chakra System will better serve the wholeness of our bodies to be in a healthy condition.
*Why Chakra Light Therapy and What a Session Looks Like*
After you schedule a session using the online calendar to book, you will receive confirmation. When you call at your scheduled appointment time, I will do a brief intake, and we'll hang up. It is encouraged for you to be in a comfortable, quiet and relaxing space, but not necessary. Your session will begin, and I will be in an intuitive dialogue with your energy fields. (This is approximately an hour) I will sense into each of your Chakras with the use of 7 individual Chakra Lights. and Distant Energy Healing. The frequency is 432 Hz and are pure colors of light which promotes inner peace and is harmonic with the Universe vibration. Combined, this is effective for all ranges of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual:

When I'm finished, I will text you and at that time you can call me to go over your session. It's ideal to be in a quiet setting enough to have a private conversation. I will suggest tips and tools you can use to support your journey. (This is approximately 20-30 minutes.)
